Clay Buchholz gets start Friday

Clay Buchholz, who's been tearing up Triple-A, expressed his desire to be in the big leagues, even if it's not pitching for Boston, NECN.com reports.

Buchholz has nothing left to prove at Pawtucket, where his ERA stands at 1.75. He owned up to some maturity issues and indicated he didn't handle the struggles from 2008 very well. "I feel like I'm more equipped with everything that I have right now as far as the pitches and the mental aspect. I'm physically healthy to be up there and be able to help that team (Boston)," the Buchholz said. "If not that team, then I want be in the big leagues and I do want to go where I'll be able to play and go and pitch every fifth day."

一直記得他那句 "I feel like I don't want to waste bullets here.
